The Child Development Ministry offers the following programs for children 6 weeks old through school age.

Full-time care is offered at the following levels:
Infant I (6 weeks through 6 months)
Infant II (6 months through 12 months)
12-18 Months
18-24 Months
24-30 Months
2 ½ Year Olds

Multi-age Preschool is offered from 9 AM until noon; 2 days, 3 days or 5 days for children who are 3 or 4 by Dec. 31 of the current school year. This class is offered September through May and follows the objectives as full-time preschool.

Full Time Preschool is offered for children who are 3 or 4 by September 1 of the current school year. This class is offered year round, with an enrichment orientation in the summer months.

The After-School Program is offered to school age children who attend the Myrtle Beach cluster. Full-time care is offered to school age children when public school is not in session and during the summer.

The following Specials are included in the programs of the Child Development Ministry:
Spanish is offered to all children 12 months and older.
Music is offered to all children 18 months and older.
Chapel Lessons with a Pastor of First United Methodist Church are offered to all
children 2 ½ years and older.
Additional specials may be offered in conjunction with First UMC as available.
